New partnership brings The Digital Hotelier’s guest experience and hotel operations platform to Jannah Hotels & Resorts as part of the group’s wider technology transformation.
17 September 2026, Dubai, UAE: Jannah Hotels & Resorts has partnered with The Digital Hotelier (TDH) to introduce a new digital guest experience across its hotels, with the platform now launching at Jannah Burj Al Sarab Hotel and Jannah Executive Hotel Apartments in Abu Dhabi. The partnership also introduces TDH’s hotel operations platform to support more connected service delivery and day-to-day hotel operations.
The partnership represents a major step in Jannah’s digital transformation, giving guests simpler and more convenient access to hotel information, dining, services, facilities and experiences directly from their personal devices.
Through The Digital Hotelier, guests have a central digital touchpoint throughout their stay, bringing together in-room dining and restaurant information, hotel facilities, room information, guest directories, services and promotions. The platform also enables hotels to communicate more dynamically with guests and continually refresh relevant content and experiences.
Following its introduction in Abu Dhabi, The Digital Hotelier will progressively extend across Jannah’s UAE portfolio.
Technology Supporting Hospitality
The partnership also forms part of Jannah’s broader strategy to create an integrated technology ecosystem spanning the guest journey, hotel operations, commercial, finance, HR and other support functions.
The objective is to connect systems, processes and information so team members have easier access to the information and tools relevant to their roles, while reducing repetitive administration, manual processes and unnecessary digital roadblocks.
Mark Whitlock, Managing Director of Jannah Hotels & Resorts, said:
“Technology should make hospitality easier, not less personal. The Digital Hotelier gives our guests simpler access to the information and services they need, while allowing our teams to remain focused on the personal service and genuine hospitality that define Jannah.
“TDH is an important partner in what we are building and a major guest-facing part of a much wider transformation. Across Jannah, we are creating a technology ecosystem that connects the guest journey with our hotel operations and our commercial, finance and HR functions.
“For our teams, that means putting the right information and tools in front of the right people, while removing unnecessary manual processes and digital roadblocks. Ultimately, technology should make us more efficient and give our people more time to do what matters most, looking after our guests.”
Qutaiba Al Ali, CEO of The Digital Hotelier, said:
“We are delighted to partner with Jannah Hotels & Resorts as the group continues to evolve its digital guest experience. Our platform is designed to make the hotel journey simpler and more intuitive for guests, while giving hotel teams a more effective way to connect guests with the services, experiences and information available throughout their stay. Beyond the guest-facing journey, our operations technology connects requests with the teams responsible for delivery, helping departments coordinate tasks, track service levels and gain real-time visibility across the property.
“By bringing the guest experience and hotel operations together, we can help Jannah create a more connected flow of information from the guest request through to execution, completion and management insight, while keeping people and personal hospitality at the centre.”
“Jannah’s focus on using technology to enhance rather than replace personal hospitality is closely aligned with our own approach, and we look forward to developing the partnership across the Jannah portfolio.”
Building a More Connected Jannah
The Digital Hotelier partnership sits alongside Jannah’s wider investment in technology, including Opera Cloud and new capabilities across guest experience, commercial and revenue management, finance, HR and hotel operations.
Rather than treating these as individual technology projects, Jannah is progressively creating an ecosystem in which platforms, processes and information work together. The aim is simple: better information, fewer manual processes and less friction for Jannah’s teams, leaving more time for decisions, service and the guest experience.
The partnership with The Digital Hotelier represents an important part of that transformation, combining TDH’s digital guest experience and operations capabilities with Jannah’s commitment to personal Arabian hospitality to connect the digital guest journey with hotel workflows, teams and performance visibility, enabling more consistent service delivery and a more contemporary hotel experience.
