Guests dining at Atrangi from 14 to 18 September will be treated to a Modak in celebration of the occasion
Dubai, UAE, September 2026: This September, Atrangi by Ritu Dalmia, the beautiful waterfront restaurant at Jumeirah Al Qasr will mark Ganesh Chaturthi with a sweet gesture for guests dining at the restaurant.
Ganesh Chaturthi is a widely celebrated Indian festival honouring Lord Ganesha, who is associated with wisdom, prosperity and new beginnings. Food plays an important role during the occasion, with Modak among its most recognisable traditions. The sweet dumpling, commonly made with coconut and jaggery, is considered a favourite of Lord Ganesha and is closely associated with the festival.
Bringing a touch of this tradition to the table, from 14 to 18 September, Atrangi will offer a Modak on the house to guests dining at the restaurant.
