Each week will focus on one of four iconic cuisines—Lebanese, Persian, Jordanian, and Turkish—offering guests an immersive experience into the region’s flavors and traditions.
Weekly Themes:
- Week 1: Lebanese – Enjoy vibrant mezze like hummus and tabbouleh, grilled meats, and traditional baklava.
- Week 2: Persian – Delight in saffron-infused rice, kebabs, and the famed Fesenjan stew.
- Week 3: Jordanian – Savor Jordanian comfort dishes like Mansaf and hearty mezze.
- Week 4: Turkish – End with savory kebabs and sweet treats like künefe and baklava.
Available every evening, the specially curated set menu offers guests a flavorful journey complemented by Amaseena’s enchanting ambiance, live music, and beautiful views. Additionally, Amaseena’s popular brunch buffet, featuring both Middle Eastern and international favorites, will continue to be offered, with packages starting at AED 299 per person.
