Dubai, 11 November 2024: Medley Restaurant at Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre will host the Chronicles of Ceylon 2.0, a celebration of Sri Lankan cuisine and culture, from 22 to 24 November.
Led by chefs Roziro Mathias and Dammika Herath, the festival features a variety of dishes inspired by key Sri Lankan cities. Special guest Chef Thushara Innasithamby will present her northeastern specialties, while food enthusiast Ruzaina Hadgie adds her Malay-inspired dishes.
The event includes over 70 dishes, vouchers from Cotton Collection, Dilmah Tea tastings, and a raffle with a luxury trip to Colombo sponsored by Sri Lankan Airlines.
