Dubai, UAE (25th May 2026): Amaya invites guests to immerse themselves in the bright, refreshing spirit of the Mediterranean with the launch of Lemon Week, taking place from 1st June until 5th June, daily from 12 PM to 5 PM. Inspired by the sun-drenched flavours and effortless charm of Italy’s Amalfi Coast, the limited-time culinary celebration brings a taste of the Mediterranean summer to the heart of Dubai.
Priced at 189 per person, this vibrant seasonal experience will showcase a thoughtfully curated menu highlighting the elegance, freshness and versatility of lemon across every course, from delicate starters and refreshing mains to indulgent citrus-inspired desserts.
A Celebration of Citrus and Coastal Elegance
Guests will be welcomed with a playful Lemonoli, featuring cream cheese-filled nocellara olives for a bright and refined opening to the experience. The journey continues with a selection of cold and hot starters that capture the essence of coastal dining:
The experience begins with refreshing Cold starters, including Burrata with organic farm tomatoes, basil leaves, and lemon caviar; the vibrant Amalfi Salad with seasonal leaves, cherry tomatoes, taggiasca olives, green beans, prawns, avocado, potato, and asparagus; and crunchy baby gem lettuce paired with boiled quinoa, mango, and an olive oil lemon dressing. For the hot starter, guests can enjoy the Spaghetti Lemon Aglio, infused with lemon essence, olive oil, and parsley.
The main course highlights include either the Chicken Ballotine, featuring organic baby chicken stuffed with bacon, mushroom, and spinach, served with lemon risotto, or the Medallion Scallopini, a beef tenderloin served with velvety lemon cream sauce and capers.
To finish on a refreshing citrus note, guests may choose between the homemade Amalfi Lemon Sorbet or the Lemon Mande, a creamy lemon mousse filled with bright citrus gel.
