Starting this August, every Wednesday from 7 PM onwards, guests are invited to indulge in flame-kissed flavours and smoky aromas – all wrapped into one bold weekly dining experience.
Priced at AED 395 for 2 guests, sharing starters and a BBQ platter, MOLI’s BBQ Night brings the magic of open flame cooking to the table with a special menu. Guests can start with light and crispy Tiger Prawns served with a punchy wasabi sauce or opt for the delicate Assorted Dim Sum Basket – a comforting classic to kick things off.
The star of the night is the bold BBQ Platter, featuring fall-off-the-bone BBQ Lamb Ribs, smoky Charred Octopus, and juicy Miso Yuzu Chicken – all grilled to perfection and layered with umami-rich flavours. To complement the smoky richness, guests can also choose from a curated selection of house beverages available at an additional charge, or upgrade to an alcoholic beverage package for AED 100 per person, which includes 2 hours of free-flow wine and beer.
To end on a sweet note, the Matcha Coffee Tiramisu offers a fresh take on a classic dessert, while scoops of creamy Vanilla Ice Cream bring a cool, simple finish to the fiery feast.
