Priced at just SAR 130 per person, this vibrant four-course culinary journey perfectly matches the splendour of the occasion, featuring a seasonal salad, tempting appetisers, a hearty main, and a decadent dessert
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (18 March 2026): The holy month of Ramadan is well underway in the capital, with each iftar bringing the joyful festivities of Eid al-Fitr even closer. At NOMAS, every meal honours the timeless traditions of the Kingdom, and for Eid, the innovative restaurant is pulling out all the stops for a truly memorable feast. Served throughout the holiday, the four-course set menu takes diners on a journey through Saudi Arabia’s regional culinary heritage, where familiar spices and flavours are reimagined with a contemporary touch for an unforgettable Eid gathering.
Tucked away inside Marriott Riyadh Diplomatic Quarter, NOMAS is a fine dining concept that blurs the lines between history, culture, and gastronomy. Every corner of the space is adorned with thoughtful details that tell a story, including palm leaf motifs, wooden partitions with Najdi-inspired designs, and cushions and table lamps embroidered with palm trees and camels. Featuring calming, earthy tones, warm lighting, and just 35 seats, the venue creates an intimate space that is perfect for sharing the joyful spirit of Eid al-Fitr with friends and family.
Adding another layer of immersive storytelling to the experience, NOMAS introduces a specially curated Eid set menu for SAR 130 per person. Available throughout Eid from 20 to 28 March, the journey begins with a refreshing Debiyaza Salad to gently awaken the palate and set the tone for the delectable creations ahead. Afterwards, diners enjoy two traditional starters, including Sajj Liver served with basil-infused tahini, fragrant Madini mint, and soft lahoh bread inspired by the western regions of Saudi Arabia.
The journey continues south with Mallah & Marag, a slow-cooked lamb stew simmered in a rich tomato sauce and accompanied by traditional ember-baked flatbread. Rounding out the experience on a sweet note, guests can savour a taste of the north with Halawat Al Jouf, a comforting dessert made with dates, clarified butter, and samah, a grain native to the Al Jouf region.
This Eid al-Fitr, NOMAS takes your taste buds on a journey through the Kingdom’s distinctive culinary heritage. Each dish reinterprets time-honoured flavours and recipes passed down through generations, celebrating the stories and traditions that bring families together during this special time. With limited seating available, guests are encouraged to secure their table in advance.
