Taking place on Thursday, October 30th, this extraordinary culinary escapade brings together Executive Chef Dan Birk and Head Chef Nathan Dors from City Social alongside Revolver’s own Chef Jitin Joshi, in a fiery reunion that dates back to 2005, when Jitin worked as Jason Atherton’s Head Pastry Chef at Maze London.

A Michelin-starred restaurateur with a global portfolio that includes Pollen Street Social, Berners Tavern, and Social Eating House, Jason has built a reputation for blending artistry with accessibility. His protégés, Dan Birk and Nathan Dors, now carry that legacy forward at City Social Dubai, where they showcase the best of European cuisine with modern flair and finesse.

Highlights include Jason’s Marmite tart with caviar, lamb arancinis, cured trout with smoked dashi, and wood-fired Hokkaido scallops with yuzu kosho butter, followed by grilled Madagascan prawns in a Singapore chilli crab sauce. Revolver will add its own heat to the evening with Burrata reimagined with stracciatella and charred leeks, duck kulchettes, and its cult-favourite Dubai chocolate sundae for a dramatic finale. To elevate the affair, diners can also opt to enjoy an optional grape and cocktail pairing to complement the delectable cuisine.
