Bisou is delighted to unveil its new late-night dinner concept, Le Grand Bisou. Available daily from 9:00 PM until late, the concept offers guests a refined 4-course dining experience, bold flavours, premium ingredients, and Bisou’s signature sophistication.
The Le Grand Bisou menu begins with a welcome drink and an elegant platter of signature bites, before moving into a selection of refined starters that highlight seasonal produce and inventive pairings, from Grande Salade Verte with homemade pistachio sauce to delicate seafood creations and indulgent classics with a modern twist, such as Bisou’s iconic Artichoke Carpaccio with parmesan or Beef Tartare with a side of golden, crispy fries.
For the main course, diners can choose from a range of dishes showcasing Bisou’s French-Middle Eastern flair, such as; Lamb Shoulder with parsnip mash and black pepper Sauce; fresh Salmon served with broccolini and Bisou’s green sauce; or comforting favourites like the Rigatoni Cacio e Pepe elevated with Comté cheese. To finish, guests are treated to a choice of decadent desserts with tea or coffee, such as; the refined Opera Cake; nostalgic Baked Alaska; rich Chocolate Cake; or delicately layered Honey Cake.

Bisou is beautifully designed by acclaimed interior architect Tristan Du Plessis. Conceived as an ultra chic space, Bisou embodies traditional French-romantic elements such as the black and white checkered floor, curated bookshelves and art-filled walls. With a grand staircase at the centre of the room, Bisou combines natural elements with artistic accents, creating an elegant style, set to captivate guests.
